Psychcn-CGP is the first Sino-American joint venture company based in China providing EAP and related workplace services to multinational companies in China and privately held or government owned Chinese organizations. CGP holds an equity interest in Psychcn-CGP along with two Chinese partners. As the EAP concept has evolved in China, we have grown from a small staff of seven based in Beijing to 22 staff with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, and an extensive network of trained and credentialed counselors in most major metropolitan cities throughout China.
In addition to providing EAP to local Chinese employees and expatriates working in China, Psychcn-CGP provides onsite training and frequently responds to workplace critical incidents, such as the Sichuan Province earthquake.
