As a key part of our global business strategy, Chestnut Global Partners (CGP) has formed equity interest Joint Ventures (JV) to provide EAP (and related services) in three countries: Brazil, China, and Russia. In each of these countries, CGP has an ownership interest in the JV in combination with local or country-based partners. This JV structure allows CGP to:
- Directly influence and shape the quality of the EAP offering,
- Participate in the "indigenous" acceptance of EAP in each of these respective cultures, and
- Assist our partners with the acquisition of improved service delivery infrastructure and knowledge.
