 Our Delivery System
 
 
Our delivery structure consists of a hybrid of the following:
  • Joint Venture (JV) Partnerships:  In certain countries where we have a high volume of business or business potential, we have established equity interest joint venture entities with “like-minded” indigenous providers.  These countries include Brazil, China, and Russia.  Our service centers in each of these countries are based in Sao Paulo, Beijing, and Moscow respectively.  Each of these service centers builds their own indigenous and dispersed network of EAP providers throughout each country.  We are also exploring JV partnerships in the emerging markets of Mexico and India.
     
  • Strategic Supplier “Network” Model:  Since we provide EAP services in over 100 countries where we have not established joint venture arrangements, we contract with qualified “Strategic Suppliers” in countries and locations where our customers have employees and operations.
     
  • Clinical Staff and Affiliates:  EAP clinicians and counselors sign agreements with Provider Partners (or JV Partners) to provide EAP assessments.
