The instability of the world today evokes a great need for crisis services. When coping with a personal crisis or traumatic incident, an employee or family member may need help to assure their welfare. By offering crisis counseling and/or critical incident services around the world you are mitigating the effects of unaddressed trauma and reinforcing your image as a caring and resilient organization.
Chestnut Global Partners (CGP) crisis counseling services include:
- 24-hour access to one of our professional staff via telephone or an online form;
- Telephonic consultation within three hours of the initial call or submission of an online form;
- Assessment and action plan;
- In-country face-to-face counseling services; and
- Additional services as requested.
Individual Crisis Counseling
It is a service designed for any company requesting our assistance on an individual case-by-case basis for expatriates and their immediate families. Whether the issue is a cultural adjustment, a problem at work, anxiety, depression, family conflict or a traumatic event, your international employee needs quick access to professional intervention.
Group Critical Incident Services
Typically involve a larger number of employees. An unexpected, dramatic event at work can leave a profound aftershock on affected employees. CGP's local national employee/family assistance program includes critical incident intervention for traumatic events such as accidents, death, natural disasters, and hostage taking. In the wake of a critical incident, CGP moves quickly to activate our local providers and schedule an intervention before international employees experience the negative impact of un-addressed trauma.
