 International Services FAQ

In what countries can CGP provide services?

We provide full-service EAPs in over 120 countries.  Click here to see a list of countries we currently serve.

Do you provide services 24/7 in every country?

We offer toll-free 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year access to CGP Intake/Triage Counselors who are located at our corporate facility in Bloomington, Illinois.  In addition we provide access to an “in-country” counselor who speaks the caller’s native language.  The counselor can explain the service, arrange appointments, or provide telephone crisis consultation when indicated.

In what languages do CGP’s providers speak?

Many of our international providers are fluent in multiple languages.  Therefore, we do not use or rely on language-line services at any of the locations we cover because our providers have capability both in English and the local language.

How do I access services in my country?

All of the services can be accessed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days per year by calling the numbers listed in the promotional material distributed by the company.  Your call will be answered by a professional who will assess your needs, then set up an appointment for personal counseling.  Counseling is available face-to-face through a network of providers near your home or work or by phone if needed and requested.

Are promotional materials available in native languages?

Brochures and other promotional materials will be offered in both English and native languages, and be designed in ways to encourage utilization within the relevant culture.
