What is the process for becoming a Chestnut Global Partners (CGP) provider?
To begin the process of joining CGP's international network of providers and affiliates, you must complete and sign the Individual Provider Application. When CGP receives a completed application, our EAP Affiliate Coordinator will review the material and follow-up with the clinician.

If you are a clinical/counseling psychologist, clinical social worker, marriage and family therapist, eldercare specialist, CISD certified professional, pastoral counselor, EAP Specialist, we want to hear from you.
What qualifications do I need to become a CGP provider?
The clinical staff of our provider partners and any affiliate (or network provider) conducting face-to face assessment, counseling, and referral services to members must meet strict professional criteria. For criteria and additional information please refer to our Provider Qualifications page.
How do I invoice Chestnut?
Our invoice process is different for domestic and international providers please refer to our Billing Process page to find your specific procedures.
How long will it take CGP to process my payment?
If you are a domestic provider, you can expect payment within 30 days of submitting the completed paperwork. CGP will not pay providers until the proper paperwork has been submitted.
How do I know if you need a provider in my city?
