LifeSpeak Personal Wellness
CGP has teamed up with LifeSpeak to promote an expert led e-learning tool that will provide you with access to timely, targeted and credible health and wellness information. LifeSpeak On Demand ensures the availability of top quality information on a wide variety of wellness topics in the form of online video clips. Your company must have a subscription to LifeSpeak in order to log in and access this area.
EAP Work-Life Website
CGP has teamed up with Workplace Options to offer members a state-of-the-art website that is both comprehensive and detailed. The site features thousands of pages of information, resources, and self assessments on a variety of personal and work-life topics. Our site features highly intuitive navigation of seven content divisions: Aging, Balancing, Living, Parenting, Thriving, International and Working. No matter where employees and family members may be in their lives, our website has information to support and assist them.
Suicide Prevention
If you are trying to help a loved one that has thoughts of suicide, make sure you are well aware about how to talk with them about suicide prevention. Suicide prevention might be the way to save a person's life. If you know how to speak with someone considering suicide, you may be well on the way to having that suicide prevention conversation.
