• Our Provider Qualifications:  CGP expects a provider to be able to assess and treat a wide variety of personal and mental health problems with diverse populations.
  
  
• Our Provider Application Process:  CGP is always looking for ways to add to our network.  The Individual Provider Application must be completed to begin the process.
  
  
• Our Billing Process:  CGP pays fees and payments based on services provided.
