A Strategic Alliance with Chestnut Global Partners (CGP)

Why consider offering international services?
  1. Over one-third of all U.S. corporate revenue is now generated outside of the U.S.A. and major domestic and international employers are increasing their stake in very dynamic international markets.
  2. EAP and behavioral health services are increasingly attractive as multinational corporations seek to improve services to their international employees and improve their competitive employment advantage for skilled workers in developing markets.
  3. Building an international delivery system is complex and expensive.  Partnering is a better option for many EAP related providers seeking to improve their ability to extend services to their multinational customers.

What a Strategic Alliance with CGP means to you?
  1. You would have an international partner with the capacity to join you in developing new opportunities to enhance services to your multinational clients.
  2. You can choose the type of business relationship from "silent" to "co-branded".
  3. You will gain the opportunity to revenue share in the emerging international market.
  4. We can assist you in selling and implementing international services.
  5. We will provide a "no-compete" relationship with respect to your customers.

Our delivery model:
  • Joint Ventures:  CGP holds equity interest joint ventures in China, Brazil, and Russia with service centers in Beijing, Sao Paulo, and Moscow.  Each service center develops and maintains a network of clinical professionals through their respective territories.
  • Strategic Suppliers:  These are regional providers under contract with CGP that provide "in-country" service centers and a network of locally-based clinical professionals.
  • Clinical Affiliates:  In some locations, we contract directly with outpatient groups or private practitioners who provide assessment/counseling but do NOT have the infrastructure of a service center.
  • We can provide services in over 100 countries and have personally visited over 80% of our providers.

Our international products:
  1. Local national EAP:  An EAP service for local national employees and immediate family members.  The services are provided in the employee's native language and in a culturally relevant fashion.
  2. Expatriate Assistance:  A highly specialized service including behavioral health and on-site cultural support offered to employees (and family) on assignment outside their home country.   CGP has received awards from the American Psychological Association and Global HR News for our innovative approach to providing services to this population.
  3. Crisis Intervention Abroad:  Setting up crisis intervention services for single cases on a fee-for service basis or organizing an onsite critical incident response outside the U.S. or Canada.
