2008 ----- Chestnut Global Partners, LLC formed a joint venture with Corporate Health, LLC in Moscow, Russia with Harris, Rothenberg International, Inc. (HRI) and Alexandre Shtoulman of Russia and Baron Konstantin von Vietinghoff-Scheel, Corporate Counselling Services Sarl in Luxembourg.
2007 ----- Chestnut Global Partners, LLC purchased interest in Solutions Latin America (SLA), a Brazilian Limitada in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
2005 ----- Employee Assistance and Workplace Services became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Chestnut Health Systems and was renamed Chestnut Global Partners, LLC.
2005 ----- Chestnut Global Partners, LLC formed the equity joint venture Psychcn-Chestnut Global Partners, Inc. in Beijing, China with Psychcn Technology Development Co., Ltd. and Xinyueyinhe Culture Development Co., Ltd.
2002 ----- Employee Development Associates was renamed Employee Assistance and Workplace Services to better reflect the division's products and services.
1996 ----- Chestnut, in collaboration with Mental Health Centers of Central Illinois, an affiliate of Springfield Memorial Hospital, created a joint venture limited liability company, Memorial Employee Assistance Services to provide employee assistance services to Springfield area business and industry.
1980 ----- Employee Development Associates was created as a division of Chestnut Health Systems to offer employee assistance services to employers of Central Illinois.
